- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. water

Preparation
Step 1
Bring pecans, sugar and water to boil in small saucepan, immediately turn to medium simmer 5-7 minutes till golden brown.
Don't have runny syrup. Most syrup should be gone.
Lay on parchment paper in single layer to dry. If not crunchy enough pop in oven to crisp up.
