Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 150 grs (5 oz.) caster sugar/super fine sugar
- 100 grs (3 oz.) of flour
- 150 grs (5 oz.) of fresh cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 Kg (2 pounds) cherries (or other fruit, such as apricots or peaches)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350 F.
Beat the eggs and add all ingredients until a smooth mixture.
In a large rectangular cake pan, spread the cherries or other fruit.
Pour the mixture on top.
Cook in the oven for 30-35 min
