Hot Dogs & Cheese Sauce

For the Christmas party we would make a double batch and then add a third pack of hot dogs to the sauce later if needed.
This was a favorite or all three girls as well as Uncle Clem.

Ingredients
- 1 package small hot dogs/cocktail franks or even cut up hot dogs
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can evaporated mild
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup regular yellow mustard.

Preparation
Step 1
I use a slow cooker. I microwave the cheese and evap milk to get it started until softened. Then add the mustard and hot dogs and transfer to the slow cooker on medium to finish warming. If you are going to just make and serve, you can microwave it all and serve or heat over low heat on the stove but be careful not to burn or heat too much or it will curdle.
