Taco Cornbread Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground turkey or beef
• 1-2 can refried beans
• 1 pkg taco seasonings
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 pkg cornbread mix
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cornbread batter as pkg directs.

In a skillet, cook and dreain ground meat. Add taco seasonings and water per package directions. Simmer a few minutes.

In 9x13 dish, spread beans along bottom. Layer meat, cheese then cornbread batter.

Bake at 425F for 15+ minutes until cornbread is done.
