Ingredients

  • 1/4

    tsp tumeric

  • 1/4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4

    tsp cumin

  • 1/2

    tsp sweet paprika

  • 1/4

    tsp onion powder

  • 1/3

    cup chopped sweet onion

  • 16

    chopped okra

  • 1

    red/green bell pepper

  • 1

    zebra zucchini

  • 1

    cup veggie broth

  • 3

    campari tomatoes

  • 1 1/2

    pounds pork stew

  • 1

    mild red pepper

  • 1 1/2

    tablespoons flour

  • 2

    tablespoons butter

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • more salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sautee the okra in the butter with 1/4 tsp salt. Cook on high just until the okra are lightly cooked. Remove okra from pan, set aside. Cook the pork on low with all the spices, the red pepper, bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion. When pork is cooked, add the veggie broth. Continue cooking on low until pork is tender. Now, stir in the flour, then add in the zucchini. When that's cooked, throw in the okra, salt and pepper to taste and eat!
