Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers
- 12 breaded chicken fingers
- HONEY-CHIPOTLE SAUCE
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. water
- 14 c. ketchup
- 1 T. vinegar
- 2 t. chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 t. salt
1. Cook chicken fingers as directed on package.
2. Heat all sauce ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
3. When chicken is cooked, place in a large bowl.
4. Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and gently toss to coat.
