Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 large dill pickle
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup miracle whip
  • Mustard, to taste
  • 1/2 cup meat, minced; ham, chicken, or shrimp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium size bowl, chop the hard boiled eggs. Mince the pickle, celery, and onions and add to the eggs. Take the mayonnaise, miracle whip, mustard, and mix together in a separate bowl. Then combine your meat and mayo mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
