Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
- Constantly stir until lukewarm in double boiler
- 4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg...blend until foamy

Step 1
mix all together. Cinnamon on top and little pieces of butter. 400 degrees.
put custard dishes in pan of water. 15 minutes then 350 degrees last 15 minutes.
cut through with knife.
