Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ball Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 pound chopped ham
  • 1/2 pound chopped salami
  • 1/2 pound chopped or shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound other cheese, chopped or shredded (maybe provelone)
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • parsely
  • 1 egg yolk
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Roll dough out on floured board, sprinkle meat and cheese over it leaving a 1 inch border. Sprinkle it with oregano, garlic powder and parsely. Roll up, sealing seam at top of loaf. Brush with egg yolk mixed with a little milk. Cut vents in the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
