Ingredients
- 4 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- 1 tsp powdered beef bouillon
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Bend small end of tenderloin back so as to form a nice even roll. Tie securely.
Combine next four ingredients together and brush tenderloin with mixture. Since tenderloin is quite fat-free, brush with butter mixture often as you grill it. A meat thermoneter will allow you to cook to desired doneness. Sear all sides on hot grill. Continue to cook and baste over medium-hot heat.
