Ingredients
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2 t Ginger
- 1/4 t Gr Clove
- 2 Lg Eggs
- 1 Can (15 oz) Pumpkin
- 1 Can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk
- 1 Unbaked Pie Shell
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and clove in a sm bowl. Beat the eggs in a lg bowl. stir in the pumpkin and sugar-spice, mix well. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake @425 for 15 min. Reduce the temp to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserts into center and comes out clean.
Cool on wire rake for 2 hours.
