Ingredients
- 6 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 packed cup washed and stemmed parsley leaves
- 1 packed cup washed and stemmed cilantro leaves
- 1/2 packed cup of washed and stemmed mint leaves
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the leaves in a food processor. Take it for a spin. Add spices. Then add the liquids. You can adjust spices to taste. Marinate them for a little over an hour. Afterwards wipe them clean of the marinade before putting them on the grill.
