Ingredients

  • 6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 packed cup washed and stemmed parsley leaves
  • 1 packed cup washed and stemmed cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 packed cup of washed and stemmed mint leaves
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the leaves in a food processor. Take it for a spin. Add spices. Then add the liquids. You can adjust spices to taste. Marinate them for a little over an hour. Afterwards wipe them clean of the marinade before putting them on the grill.
