Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage (or your choice sausage)
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 head cauliflower (about 2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons fresh sage or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
- 3 tablespoons thyme or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Prep Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 50 mins
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Brown sausage.
3 Add celery onion cook until brown.
4 Drain Fat.
5 Beat eggs in a bowl.
6 Add to sausage mixture.
7 Add all remaining ingredients.
8 Put in 8 x 8 square baking dish.
9 Bake for about 30 minutes.
