Ingredients
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 2/3 - 1 c. milk
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 - 1/2 c. oil
- jalepenos, optional
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cornmeal, salt & baking soda.
Add milk, corn, cheese & egg. Stir well.
Add onion, pepper & oil. Turn onto cookie sheet or deep pan.
Bake at 350 till browned.
