Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATLOAF:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. McCormick Meatloaf Mix (optional)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- Onion, diced
- Worcestershire
- Salt & pepper
- FOR THE TOMATO GRAVY:
- 2 T. butter
- 4 cloves smashed garlic
- 2 T. flour
- 2 (14 oz) cans beef stock
- 2 T. tomato paste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- 1 T. oregano

Preparation
Step 1
For the meatloaf: Mix all ingredients & place into 2 loaf pans. Brush ketchup & worcestershire on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or till done.
For the gravy: Heat butter on med-high. Allow butter to foam & brown. Add garlic & cook slightly. Sprinkle in flour & stir constantly till golden brown. Add stock & tomato paste. Cook 3-5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes & seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes then serve.
