Vanilla-Chocolate Pinweel Cookies

These cookies are very good. They go really well with milk and kids absolutley love them.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 3 3/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 4 tbsp coco powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix butter with sugar and vanilla

2. Add the eggs one at a time (mix well)

3. Gradually add flour and baking powder

4. Divide the dough in two halves and add coco to one portion and refrigerate both portions for about 30 min.

5. Roll the dough out into two squares

6. Place the chocolate on top of the vanilla

7. Roll jelly roll style

8. Cut into pin wheels (1cm thick)

9. Bake in 350 degees oven for 15-20 mintes

10. Cool and enjoy :)
