Ingredients

  • Base:
  • 1 1/2 qt. blueberries
  • zest of 1/2 orange
  • 6 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cardimon (opt)
  • Topping:
  • 5 tbsp. cold butter
  • 6 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 6 tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup cherrios crushed a little

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all base ingredients together and pour into 8"x8" buttered dish.

Mix all topping ingredients together with fingers, easier than a spoon.

Pour over blueberry base.
Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees.

Let cool a while to thicken up a bit and top with vanilla ice cream.
