Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen bread dough, cut in half (thawed, room temp)
  • 1/2 lb. polish ham
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni
  • 3/4 lb. shredded mozerella
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion

Step 1

Sautee pepper and onion

Roll dough into an 11x15 rectangle. Baste rolled dough w/a mixture of 2 eggs, 1 tbls. oregano, 1 tsp. parmesan and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Layer ingredients - ham on bottom and peppers and onions on top.

Roll jelly roll style. Tuck and fold ends under. Baste outside w/egg mixture.

Bake 350 for 25-35 minutes on a greased and floured cookie sheet
