  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • a little fresh lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • Pre-made graham cracker crust

Mix all ingredients without ricotta first.
Then mix in ricotta by hand.
Bake at 400 degrees for an hour.
