Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped, ground green pepper
- 8 oz. can, cut up tomatoes
- 6 oz. can, tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Cook spaghette, drain. Stir in butter while spaghetti is hot. Stir in Parmesan cheee and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10" pie pan.
In a skillet, cook meat, onions and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned. Drain fat.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, garlic and salt. Heat through.
Spread cottage cheese over bottom, spaghetti crust. Fill pie with tomato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 min. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 min. until cheese melts. Let set.
Serve with salad and Italian bread.
