- 3 pecan halves
- 1 caramel
- 1 " sq chocolate bar

Step 1
For each turtle, place 3 pecan halves, flat side down on a cookie sheet covered with foil. Put 1 caramel on pecans. Bake in preheated oven 300* exactly 7 minutes. Remove from oven; press down on caramel with back large spoon. Place chocolate sq on turtle; leave until melted (about 1 min). Smooth out with knife. Allow turtles to set for 5 hours to allow chocolate to harden.
Do not refrigerate
