Ingredients

1 c. butter,
1 c. nuts,
1 c. flour,
8 oz. cream cheese,
chocolate sprinkles,
1 c. powdered sugar,
12 oz. cool whip,
2 sm. pkg. cooked chocolate pudding mix,
3 c. milk.

Preparation

Step 1

In a 9 x 13 pan,melt butter and mix in nuts and flour.Press down and bake at 350 C for 15 minutes.Cool. (Can put in freezer for easier spreading of cream cheese).cheese and sugar.Add 4 oz. of the 12 oz. cool whip and spread it on the crust.Heat chocolate pudding and milk,stirring until thick.Cool.Spread on top of cream cheese and top with remaining cool whip.Garnish with chocolate flavored sprinkles.
