Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized ripe tomatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1
