Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick) softened
- 2 tblsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanills extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup pecan (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Step 1
About 1 1/2 hours before serving or early in the day.
1. In bowl, with hand, mix all ingredients expect confectioners sugar until well blened.
2. Pre-heat oven to 325. With hands shape dough into 1 inch balls; place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet or parchment paper.
3. Bake cookies 20-25 minutes until set but not brown. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
4. Place confectioners sugar on a sheet of wax paper. When cookies are cool, roll them in confctioners sugar to coat completely. Store cookies in tighlty covered container. 75 calories each
