Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices swiss or white american cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange rolls in a single layer and place ham and cheese onto each bun. Place tops on buns.

In a small bowl melt together the butter and brown sugar. Add Worcestshire sauce and garlic powder and mix well. Pour mixture over buns and refrigerate covered for several hours or overnight. (When I made these I did NOT let them sit and they were still delicious).

Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes more. Serve warm.
