Ingredients
- Chicken, cooked (save broth)
- 3 cups broth (used saved from chicken or canned)
- 1 cube butter
- dash of garlic
- 2 tablespoons green peppers
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- small can mushrooms, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice and vegetables in butter until rice turns yellow. Add almonds, then soup, diced chicken and broth. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
