Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 cup chopped green pepper (1 small)
- 1 cup chopped celery (4 stalks) chopped small
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 large purple onion, chopped small
- 1 can French green beans, drained
- 2 small cans tiny English peas, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- dash of garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Bring dressing ingredients to boil. Cool.
Mix salad ingredients. Pour cooled dressing over veggies, cover and refrigerate.
