  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 T. cocoa
  • Stir in: 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. Crisco, melted
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. cocoa
  • Pour over entire batter: 1 3/4 c. hot water
