Ingredients
- 1 bag Baby spinach
- Fresh dark mushrooms,sliced
- sweet wine
- 1/2-1 pt cherry tomatoes sliced in 1/2
- glazed or toasted almonds
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 Tbs white vinegar
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 2 Tbs ketchup
- minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard
