Fill 14 ounce jar with 1 cup red and green thai chili peppers to about 1 inch from top. Bring 1 cup cider vinegar, 1 t salt and 1 t sugar to a boil until dissolved. Pour over peppers in jar. Cover and chill for 3 weeks or up to 6 months.
