Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• Chopped onion
• corn (canned or frozen)
• 3 c. mashed potatoes
• Beef gravy mix (make the mix)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, brown beef, onions, salt and pepper Drain. Add gravy mix and corn. In casserole dish cover the bottom with the mixture. Top with mashed potatoes.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
