Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. fresh rainbow trout fillets, or halves, with skin on
- salt, sprinkle
- pepper, sprinkle
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1-1/2 tsp salad dressing
- 1 tbsp grated parmsean cheese
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- lemon juice
- paprika, sprinkle
- chopped fresh dill (or chives), for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Arrange fillets in single layer, skin side down, on greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine next 5 ingredients in small bowl. Spread thinly over fillets.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, in 400 oven for 8 to 10 minutes until fillets flake easily when tested with fork.
Garnish with dill.
