BROILED BUNS
Keep an extra supply of hamburger buns and bacon in the freezer for those unexpected, as well as expected, lunches.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs bacon slices
- process cheese spread
- hamburger buns, cut in half horizontally

Step 1
Fry bacon ahead of time. Cook until almost done but still soft.
Smooth process cheese spread over bun halves. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange pieces over each bun on top of cheese. About 1/2 slice bacon should do one half bun. Place on tray. Broil until buns brown around edges and are bubbly hot. Allow 2 buns (4 halves) per person. Cut bacon as you need it. Freeze leftover bacon for later use.
