Ingredients
- 1 C. cooked brown rice
- ½ C. flour
- 3/4 C. whole wheat flour
- 2 tea. baking powder
- ½ tea. salt
- ½ tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 C. apples shredded (unpeeled)
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 egg
- ½ C. brown sugar
- ●Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- ●Add the rice, butter, apples, milk, egg, and brown sugar and stir just to moisten.
- ●Grease muffin tins and fill about 2/3 full.
