Ingredients
- 4 Boneless-Skinless chicken Breasts
- 1-15 ounce bottle French's Worcester Sauce
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Step 1
Place the chicken breasts, one at a time, between two sheets of wax paper and using a rolling pin, beat them until they are approximately 1/4 inch thick.
In a large bowl, throughly mix the Worcester Sauce, Honey and Cinnamon.
Place the chicken breasts inathe sauce, cover the bowl with aluminum foil and put them into the refrigerator.
The chicken should marinate for at least 8 hours and should be periodically turned.
This chicken can be either cook on a Bar-B-Que grill, for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side, or in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
You need to be extrememly careful as this chicken cooks up very quickly.
