Ingredients

  • 4 C. Pioneer or Bisquik Biscuit Mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3/4 C. club soda
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • ● Combine first 3 ingredients and mix.
  • ● Turn lightly on floured waxed paper and pat out with hand (mixture is too sticky to use rolling pin). Place in greased pan.
  • ● Spoon ½ of the melted butter over biscuits before baking.
  • ● Bake @ 400F to desired brownness.
