- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 8oz pkg lasagna noodles
- 1 32oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water, simmer several minutes. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer 1/2 the sauce, 1/2 the uncooked noodles, and 1/2 the cheeses. Repeat layers. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
