Ingredients

  • ● 1/2 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine
  • ● 2 cups water
  • ● 1 (14 oz) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • ● 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ● 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • ● 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
  • ● 1 small onion, chopped
  • ● 2 cups baby carrots, chopped
  • ● 2 zucchini, chopped
  • ● 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • ● 2 cups fresh green beans, 1/2 inch pieces
  • ● 32 oz Chicken Broth
  • ● 32 oz Vegetable stock
  • ● 1 packet chicken vegetable soup mix
  • ● 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • ● 1 pinch rubbed sage
  • ● 1 pinch dried thyme leaves
  • ● Kosher salt to taste
  • ● Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all, bring to boil. Then lower temperature to low and cover. Simmer for at least 90 minutes or til vegetables are tender.
