Ingredients
- ● 1/2 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine
- ● 2 cups water
- ● 1 (14 oz) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- ● 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ● 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- ● 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- ● 1 small onion, chopped
- ● 2 cups baby carrots, chopped
- ● 2 zucchini, chopped
- ● 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- ● 2 cups fresh green beans, 1/2 inch pieces
- ● 32 oz Chicken Broth
- ● 32 oz Vegetable stock
- ● 1 packet chicken vegetable soup mix
- ● 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- ● 1 pinch rubbed sage
- ● 1 pinch dried thyme leaves
- ● Kosher salt to taste
- ● Pepper to taste

Step 1
Combine all, bring to boil. Then lower temperature to low and cover. Simmer for at least 90 minutes or til vegetables are tender.
