Ingredients
- 2 oz olive oil
- 12 oz onions, celery, bell pepper
- 3 oz carrots
- 2 oz garlic
- 6 oz tomatoes, diced
- 6 oz zucchini
- 6 oz yellow squash
- 4 oz red beans (precooked in chicken stock)
- 4 oz navy beans (precooked in chicken stock)
- 4 oz black beans (precooked in chicken stock)
- 3 oz parsley
- 1 oz thyme
- 1 oz basil
- 2 qt chicken stock
- Tubetti 1/2 bag

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil.
Add onion, celery, and garlic.
Add dry seasonings (thyme, white pepper, onion, garlic)
Add tomatoes.
Add chicken base and water.
Add basil and beans.
Add squash.
Add parsley.
Add tubetti and cook until tender.
