Ingredients
- Casserole
- 3 cups cooked egg noodles (medium width)
- 1 pound pork sausage (breakfast)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces American cheese
- Small can evaporated milk (8 oz?)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Topping
- 2 cups corn chex
- 4 tablesopoons butter
- 3/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/8 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Casserole
Brown sausage and onion and drain grease.
Stir in all remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
Topping
Melt butter and mix all ingredients together & top meat mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
