Easy Pot Roast
- 3 Weight Watchers Smart Ones Pot Roast meals
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable juice, low sodium
- 2 bay leaves, whole
- 1 cup beef stock, low sodium
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup water
Place frozen Smart Ones into a slow cooker, Add vegetable juice, bay leaves, and beef stock.
Cook on low heat 8-10 hours
After 8-10 hours, whisk flour and water together.
Add flour and water mixture to stew and cook on high for an additional 15 to 20 minutes to thicken
Remove bay leaves prior to serving
