- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed, dark
- 1 clove garlice clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. mustard, course-grain
- 1 tsp. ginger root, minced
- 1 lb. T-bone steak, trimmed

Directions:
1. Preheat grill to high. (inside medium)
2. In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, sugar, garlic, Worchestershire sauce, mustard, and ginger.
3. Brush sauce all over steak
4. Grill, flipping once, brushing steak with any leftover bbq sauce while steak cooks, about 5 mins per side.
5. Remove steak to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing against grain.
