Ingredients
- 1 pkg. coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions, including some of the green blades
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 pkgs. Ramen chicken flavored noodles (use the seasoning packets for the dressing)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place the slaw mix in a large bowl. Add the sliced green onion, and sunflower seeds. Remove the Ramen noodles from the bag, crush them up and add. Set the seasoning packets aside.Mix sugar, vinegar, seasoning packets, and soy sauce until sugar is dissolved. Add the red pepper flakes if you are using them. Stream the oil in slowly whisking as you pour. Whisk until it is well blended. Pour over the slaw mixture, toss, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
