Ingredients

  • 1/4 c oil (I use bacon grease)
  • 4 cooked bacon slices, crumbled (I use Hormel real bacon pieces)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 green onions with tops, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in heavy skillet & saute rice over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Stir eggs into rice, cook, stirring constantly and over medium heat, until eggs are cooked.

Stir in bacon, soy sauce & pepper; combine well and add onions.

(You may wish to cook the scrambled eggs prior to adding to the rice.)
