Ingredients
- CHILE RELLENOS
- 1 28 OZ CAN WHOLE GREEN CHILES (drained, split open and pat dry)
- 3/4 lb JACK CHEESE (grated)
- 3/4 lb CHEDDAR CHEESE (grated)
- 1 12 OZ CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 TBSP FOUR
- 3/4 TSP SALT
- 3 EGGS
- 1 8 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 SMALL CAN SLICED OLIVES

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Layer chiles and cheese (start with chiles). Mix
flour, milk, salt and eggs in blender - pour on top. Bake 375 for 35 min.
Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with olives, bake another 10-15
minutes. Let stand 15 min. , cut and serve.
