Ingredients
- 1 lb. almond paste, broken-up (buy in Italian market only)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. of pignolia nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first three ingredients together. Keep hands damp, but not wet because batter is very sticky to handle. Take spoonful of batter in your hand and gently roll between your palms. Press cookies into pignolia nuts to cover the top. Place in non-stick cookie sheet pan (or use parchment paper to prevent sticking) and form into a crescent shape.
Bake in 350 degree oven for fifteen minues. [careful not to burn them, theyll be lgiht tan when done.]
