Ingredients

3 c sweet potatoes (24 oz and 40 oz)
1/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk
1/2 c melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all. Pour into 2 quart casserole.
Topping: 1 c brown sugar, 1/3 c flour, 1/3 c margarine (Mix until crumbly) add 1 c pecans
Sprinkle on casserole. Bake 350, 30 minutes.
