  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 6 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder (or serving size suggested on the container)
