Ingredients
- 8-10 potatoes
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T chopped onion
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Boil potatoes, grate & add salt and pepper to taste. In saucepan, combine soup, milk, butter, chopped onion & parmesan cheese, stirring until thickened. Pour over potatoes and bake 350, 45 minutes.
