Ingredients
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups thinly sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- Parmesan Italian Dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Mound equal amounts of the spinach on two salad plates. Sprinkle with the mushrooms and bacon. Arrange the onion over the top. Sprinkle the tomato around the edge of the salad. Drizzle with the desired amount of Parmesan Italian Dressing.
